On their website they state "we always do right thing' they don't. I contacted them about two years ago as they offered equipment my other processors did not carry. Going in I made it clear that I would have only one account. Imagine my shock when they contacted me and said they were droppng me as the agent. Apaprently I did not read the fine print in the agreement that stated I needed to open up 3 more accounts in the first 90 days. I did not realize that and so I will lose about $200 per month. This company has been paying me for about 2 years and now they decided to be greedy and cancel my residuals. You would think that their agent that brought me in knowing I would have only one account would have told me about this stipulation. If I can give anyone advice on RelianceStar I would say DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BUSINESS WHEN THEY CAN.
