Vishnu Reddy from RGLB Corp (Reliant Global) is in charge/control of running the company. We (ClearLite Inc.) worked with Reliant Global in 2013 for approx. 6 months in providing IT Consulting Services for Reliant Global’s client (Bahwan Cybertek). Our consultant was working at the client site in the Virginia region until July 2013 and as of date we have not received payment from Reliant Global for services provided on behalf of ClearLite Inc.

Original terms of the contract state that the payment should be released to ClearLite Inc. on a NET 45 basis which means we should have received the payment at the latest around mid September. As of date (August 21, 2014) we have not received any payment for the month of July. We have been constantly following up in regards to getting this unpaid balance cleared but have been unsuccessful.

We do have email chains of all the communication back and forth between ClearLite and Vishnu (Reliant Global).

Initially, Vishnu had been replying back to emails/calls stating that payment would be made “by the end of the month” but unfortunately that never happened. Vishnu has also asked us to add interest for the late payment but out of courtesy we had not done so. Until about mid- April we would get false promises from him stating not to worry the payment will be released without any issues. Vishnu also mentioned that in any case if payment is not made by the end of April in full he would setup some sort of payment arraignment to have the pending invoice cleared at the earliest which we also were ok with but that also never happened. Since about beginning of May, Vishnu has completely stopped replying to all emails and we have yet to receive any payment for services provided in the month of July 2013, which is about 13-14 months back from now.

We came to know, Vishnu is running and managing the company from India and has never personally been to US or does not have anyone physically working in the US. When we told him we would be taking legal action on this matter, his response was “ I am in India, I don’t have visa for US and have never been there so there is nothing that can legally take place since the contracts signed are US based”

We are writing our experience with Reliant Global to prevent any company/individual from having to go thru the same frustration and loss in the future.

There are many details which have not been included in this post as our goal was to make it short/brief and to the point but if interested please contact us and we can share the complete email chain with communication back and forth between ClearLite Inc. and Reliant Global.

We have been very patient in trying to get our funds from Reliant Global for over a year but have been unsuccessful due to the unethical business practice by Vishnu Reddy and Reliant Global.
