Remington at Ponte Vedra Violating Florida Statute! Ponte Vedra Beach Florida

These people are charging me for "damages" that, according to Florida Statute, are Normal Wear and Tear. The rude people in the office even told me that they are "general cleaning charges". Well after doing my research, general cleaning charges are technically normal wear and tear. They won't talk or work with me and now I have to pay the court fees to take them to court.

These charges are reflecting negatively on my credit and the calls from the collection agency are frustrating. I disputed the charges in a timely manner and i know the case will go in my favor, but I've heard so many stories from other people saying this complex did the same thing to them. They just paid it. Well I won't let them do this to me!

I mean $15 for dust on the blinds!? Are you serious!? $20 for soap marks in the sink!!!?? I'm not sure what this site does but I'm spreading the message about this awful place. People need to know and they need to go out of business.
