On July 14, 2015 I and my grandson purchased a car from Reno Tahoe Auto Group, we were assured a 160 point inspection and the mileage was 50,419. Within the first 2 days we started hearing noises, front end, axels, brakes. My grandson took the vehichle in and they said oh everything is fine no problems. Then a month later the noises still continued he took it in again, still they claim everything ok. Yesterday we drove it ourselves and determined many things wrong.
The brakes, calipers, pads, and wheel studs cross threaded. He has put 8,000 miles on it in 5 months, which for him is normal. However, with the condition the parts are in there is absolutely no way, when he took this to Reno Tahoe Auto, 3 months ago these problems were there. Do not go to this dealer!!! They are unfair, their adds are errornous and their service is unrealiable. Linda, Reno Nevadea
