I signed a three month contract with this company after two months of not getting a solid leads i sent them an e- mail saying that i would not continue with their service that i felt ripped off . I paid the three months then they charged me for a forth month and claimed i never canceled service even though the contract was sighned next to my name said three months only and i had a copy of the e-mail i sent one month prior to my contact expiration and did not want to continue . they refuse to return my money they admitedly altered the contract in their system to disclude the confirmation of it being a three month only contract .the rep. caree lee acknowledged the it being a three month contract only Beware this company is a fraud . thier goal is to rip off contractors Leads.com / renovationexperts .com are the same company they will take your money once your info is given and continue to take your money even after your contract was expired and canceled

contractors beware- this company is a fraud and after they get your bank info they will continue to charge you even after your agreement has expired .
they flooded my e-mail with leads, after i signed up there were only a few, and none of them panned out to be solid . I entered into a three month contact with renovationexperts/leads.com .after two months of following up with their so called leads i sent them an e-mail saying i would not continue with service . after the contract expired they charged me again and refused to return my money. On the contract i had writen three month contract only. so there would be no confusion and sent them an e-mail to cancel one month before expiration saying, after the fulfillment of my contact i would not be continuing with there company, as confirmation. they did not care and in fact thought it was funny that they stuck me for another month. my bank returned my money because i had the original contract with the notation and the e-mail confirming my cancelation . but the intent to rip me off was shown by their attitude and response to my solid evidence which they can not contest.
this company will steal your money and you won't get one solid job lead from them .
