We rented a new fridge in september 2004. I offered the delivery men a dolly to bring it in they declined its use and dropped and dragged fridge up cement stairs leaving noticable marks on door and side. Shortly there after it started to frost up inside and not keep food cold. It is as if controls are backwards or simply not working right, then it started to leak about a gallon of water from underneath every day sometimes more than once a day.

We asked for new fridge; JOEL made us wait 2 days then told us another day it would be there. He sent us a fridge 1/2 the size of the fridge we are renting not the same one at all.

Why did we wait for 3 days to have them bring us any old fridge we underrstood it as we were getting a replacement a new one like we originally ordered. It has been 3 months now and no fridge yetbut they keep calling the day the payments due asking for us to pay for this broken piece of crap.

HOW about doing what your supposed to before asking for money for something broken. After all I did not want to rent a broken fridge. So we are still cleaning up after it every day and waiting for new one. TODAY DEC. 9 th 2004 Joel called me lloking for payment and later to ask if we wanted to rent something else. He acted as if this was the first time he heard of our broken damaged fridge and told me I think I got the new ones in yesterday. I don't believe we should have to pay for this until we get what we are paying for. My wife emptied the entire contents of the fridge twice only to put it back no new fridge was ever delivered to date,but make sure you pay for it on time.

first things first the fridge that was delivered to you was the fridge you hand selected from my floor. it worked 100 percent! when you asked for a different one that was fine but i dont have a whirlpool factory in my backroom so i have to order them and wait like normal people.as far as the payment is concerned,you had a working unit in your home! if you didnt want to pay for it then you should have returned it...but you didnt you kept it and used it so yes you have to pay for it....if you buy a car and you dont like the way the horn sounds do you have the option of not paying your car note? as far as the 3 month comment that is just untrue completely...you got what you asked for as fast as we could provide it!and as far as you useing my name on the internet,i work for the company i dont own it so you would do best to keep my name out of your neck!
