Reservation Rewards unauthorized credit card charges Nationwide

We have received two charges on our Amex bill for $12 from a place called reservationrewards.com whom we had never heard of. The only thing I can figure is that they somehow got it from priceline when we made a purchase of a hotel through the name your price feature. This is the only time in years that we used this card for hotel expenditures and the only time it was ever used online.

I called reservationrewards 800 #. They could not find us anywhere in their database, said we have to call Amex and get them to fix it. ON THE SAME BILL we got over $450 in fraudulent charges buying pizza in Utah --- we are in Texas. So now we have to cancel the card altogether. We are considering cancelling all credit cards. You are right, (another submission) it does severely damage consumer confidence.
