We purchased a policy from Reserve National Insurance Company in May of 2012 . We had our eyes examined and had to go up in my wifes prescription a little. The policy states will not pay for existing glasses or contacts. We understood that existing meant stay the same not changed . I mean who in their right mind pays for dental and eye Insurance of $1000.00 per each of us to not even have it pay for all of the eye exams 80% and not have it pay for a change in your sight.
