What a ripoff this &quot;insurance&quot; company is. Has anyone even heard of it?

Local agents sell their policies and when it comes time to pay, they claim that it wasn't coded right.

After confirming on numerous occasions that it was in DEED coded right by the hospital and doctor, they still refuse to pay and send ENDLESS FREAKIN LETTERS to wear you down.

They have no intention of paying.

The customer 'service' agent "KIM" is snotty, arrogant, and if she wasn't a chick I'd call her a p***k.

buyer beware.
