These guys are truly nasty, untrustworthy people... The whole reason we got this insurance was to cover ourselves for Obama Care thing... After a year of paying insurance they now inform us that "OH NO THAT IS NOT THE TYPE OF INSURANCE WE PROVIDE" I'm sorry but we cannot provide a 1095 form... When all the while the rep new exactly why we were getting insutrance... Thieves... Then when we go to cancel the insurance they tried to tell us OH no you have to have insurance, you cannot cancel!!! Such BS nast people... I can not even get an account for the payments I made to them....
They also give you this bonus coverage for eye and dental for I think $50 p/mo... every single referal on their "prefered list" was either out of business or had never heard of them... Tottal scammers...
DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS... I AM ONLY GLAD WE NEVER HAD AN EMERGENCY AND WERE IN A POSITION TO HAVE TO RELY ON THEM>> I GAURANTEE THEY WOULD NOT SHOW UP>>>
