Resmedin any customer filing a report against thios company is either nasty or disgruntled, or unreasonable. I beleive i was also a victim of bad business prcice by this company Fredericksburg Virginia

I am in a dipute with this company over product billed but never received. He claims he sent me two bottles of product , I never received any, evem after telling himj to send the replacemnt bottle to my business office .
When i files a complaint with the VA BBB , i got a defensive emailfrom him telling me that i was nasty and maybe i was the one that was wrong! Isnt the customer always right? Maybe not but legitiamte business dont says those types of things to the customer ..
Just don'tdo buiness here becasue when a dispute asrises, as they may with any buiness , this guy gets uptight and bnalmes his customers ...unbelievable!
