Resort To Us - Resorttous - Rob Murray - Gweneth Cheltenham ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

In January 2005 we paid a significant sum of US$ to have ResortToUs market our timeshare. There written contract says "IF YOU THE CUSTOMER, having sold or rented your timeshare through any other source other than through our advertising and marketing, upon receipt of proof we will refund 100% of your advertising and marketing fee." and "We guarantee that if your timesahe does not sell/rent within one year from the date of thr received signed contract, Resort to Us will give you a 100% refund upon request, provided you return a copy of the oroiginal signed contract by registered mail."

When I attempted to contact them to identify the process for obtaining a refund I found their phones disconnected. Other attemptys to contact them via e-mail have also failed. My assumption is that they have "gone out of business" and absconded with our funds.

If anyone gets contacted by a Rob Murray contact the police in the area where they say they are doing business and tell them that he has committed telephone fraud in 2005 in Nevada and that he should be arrested.

DO NOT PAY HIM ANY MONEY. I certainly wish I had not.
