 i was contacted by a man named mike smith. well when he called me he informed me that he had a few clients interested in my propertie.well after i have been burnt several times in the past i decided to do some homework. well at the time there bbb rating was at a A+. so i thought it wouldnt be a bad idea.soo i gave mike my portion of the "closing fee" and we got the deal started. well i gues my only complaint with the company was the told me it would only take 30 to 45 days to get my check adn well it was more around the area of 65 days. but i guess in the long run it did sell and mike was a vary honest and ethicaly man and i thank him for walking me through this process. thanks mike        john
