Resource Lynx liars of personal loans with collateral and will not refund after transfer of funds Ripoff Portland Indiana

Resource Lynx was advertised in our local paper " The Soundings". It stated that they specialized in personal loans. After calling the toll free # and getting all the documents in order I recieved a fax from the company on Nov 9,2004.

This document stated that I had been approved for the loan and that I needed to pay a collateral amount that would be refunded after a year of ontime payments.

The collateral payment was for $1250. I spoke with Scott and he stated that I could send half of that payment and the bank would still loan me the $5000, but I would have to send the other $625.00 upon receipt of the loan via direct deposit into my bank.

I sent the collateral payment on 11-19-04 via Kinko's. On 11-23-04 I was told by Scott the bank would not accept the half payment I would recieve a refund in 10-14 business days. I have not been able to contact anyone directly with an answer since. I have been disconnected on several occcasions and still no refund to date.

The representatives have been rude, laugh in the background, terminate my calls. They do not ientify themselves when they answer the phone. I have spoken with a Holley, Scott, Christopher (Chris sent me the initial paperwork) I've asked to speak to the manager. I've been told that they did not want to get the manager involved-all after recieving my money.

Today I called 12-14-04 and the representative swore that Chris nor Scott were available and terminated the call. When I returned the call they stated that I should recieve my refund in 14-30 days and their is no way that Scott told me 10-14 day; as if I am insane or mentally challenged.

It is terrible that I trusted and invested in this company that is advertising in our military news papers and with the holiday season I am in the whole of $675.00. I sent the money Western Union Internatinally to a carrier name.

I inquired about the carrier name because my paperwork stated that all pauments will be made to Resource Lynx and the carrier name is William Thomas of Canada. Scott assured me that this was the carrier for the company.

I have all the documents to prove all the above. In the mean time 24-48 hours has turned into a nightmare of bill collectors and a terrible Thnaksgiving that is rolling into Christmas and New Year.

Please help. Yes I was vulnerable because of my situation and credit history, but I am no criminal and I do not expect to be treated like one. I am a veteran of the united States Navy and I am a nurse.

It is far beyond immoral. Thank you
