Zero stars would not be low enough to describe the inability of this company and its Founder (John Colosante) to complete work promised. This company should be called "EF NY for Epic Fail NY." They were tasked with taking over and properly developing a Magneto CE site. I say properly because the previous developer that came recommended was even more inept if that is possible. Almost 5 years and over $25K later we have a site that is 3/4 baked at best and have recurring bugs that they have never fixed. What is even more striking is the complete inability to follow specific instructions to make the site modifiable by us (images, backgrounds, headers, banners, text, etc.) and make it especially click minimized. We still to this day have very little ability from a laymens standpoint of how the modify the skin of the site. After our main page the rest of the site and backend were to be one to two click max for everything and we are far from this. In addition the site was to be manageable by us internally through automated processess and where necessary training and then tutorials during the initial learning curve on hand over. NEVER HAPPENED!!! What is even crazier is they specifically began slowing the completion process down after we reached the agreed to cost. Its been mostly nothing but empty promises for the last 12 months, a few dribs and drabs of light to keepo us hooked until the "chargeback period" with the credit card passed. What is sad is that much of what we paid to custom develop comes as standard features in other e-commerce sitesnow and many of these custom features still don't work or work with bugs.

They also claim to be SEO specialists, another Epic Fail. Go search for "power pulleys" or "underdrive pulleys" and keep scrolling and scrolling! The Unorthodox Racing brand is way out of meaningful view. We even tried to rectify this by providing them with a very extensive database of terms that took 3-4 days to compile. They lost it.
