ReStockIt.com refuse to honor published price after receiving email confirmation Hollywood Florida

I was in need of 12 unbreakable glasses or mugs. I fould exactly what I needed at ReStockIt.com. They had advertised on their site 12 12 oz mugs. The price was $3.90 plus $11.55 shipping. They were sold only by the case of 12. The case weighed over 7 lbs. I ordered, received confirmation email on 5/28/06. I had several email contacts with the company concerning when they would be delivered. I checked the site for updates on shipping daily. Finally it said partial shipment.

My account was charged on 5/30/06 for the $15.45. On 6/8/06 I received a box with 1 (one) mug not a case of 12 as I had ordered.

I called customer service and was told that that was a mistake and that their IT dept would correct it on their site and that I would not get the mugs I ordered. They offered to refund my money.

I made copies of the published ad on their site offering the mugs for that price. I have copies of all conact with them.

I understand this could have been a pricing mistake on their part but I feel they should honor the price they accepted my order at. It was like this on their site for weeks.

I feel like this was ReStockIt's error and they should ship my order exactly as ordered. I want the mugs.
