Results Telemarketing / Resultstm.com / Nicholas McCallion / Nick McCallion Unpaid Service Hours 186 hours + Bonus Sun City, Arizona

I have been contracted with Results Telemarketing since January 2009. Twice monthly invoices have been paid up to the last two weeks of May, and I continued to make call's (186 hours worth) for this company under the pretenses that payment was in the mail. In face, all contractors received an email from Sylvia Stap and Nick McCallion that Invoices for the later part of May would be sent out the end of June 2009.

To this date, July 17th, 2009, I still have not seen my money. In an instant message from Nick McCallion he stated the following: "we don't have any funds in the account - it is negative right now... as soon as we get money, we will pay you as much as possible --- we are trying to change from appts. to more conferences... I dont want to send you a check that will not clear. I cannot control when we sell or get paid."

If this were the case (no money or no control) then why has he hired/contracted with more telephone representatives in July 2009? In fact last week Sylvia Stap was doing orienatations with new contractors. I am sure that they are unaware of "No Funds" to pay their paychecks.

This WAS a good company to work for! It seems their inability to pay and repettative excuses make for a Bad company all together. Once they receive my lawsuit they may have to close business for good!
