Hello everyone,
We are in desperate shape here, and we're in need of serious help. We are only days away from losing our life savings due to dealing with Retail Dimeinsions.
We're a small retail shop here in Canada selling shoes online, and we hired Retail Dimensions to integrate our in-store RetailPro software with our online website.
Their software never worked as promised. It is buggy, and it crashes every other day. We have been begging Retail Dimensions to help us, but they always brush us off since they cashed our check.
When you file a support ticket, it generally gets ignored. Sometimes they have taken months to get back to us. We have some issues that have been open for over a year.
I think we are the only client of theirs located in Canada, so they don't have much knowledge of dealing with international currencies and practices.
We seriously regret hiring Retail Dimensions. If we were to do it again, we would go with someone else.

Don't believe this post! I'm the co-owner of Baggins Shoes and we have been misrepresented here. We did not write this rip-off report - it is simply untrue.
We believe this was written by a disgruntled ex-employee of the company who is being slandered here.
We did hire Retail Dimensions to build our website and integrate it with our POS software. We are very satisfied with the end product and the service we received from Retail Dimensions.
