Reunitetonight.com ripoff! I WAS CHARGED $19.95 FOR BAD INFORMATION. If their policies were disclosed I never would have agreed to the terms. GUARANTEE NOT HONORED. Internet

I ordered my search results from REUNITE TONIGHT.COM feeling hesitant but I had a guarantee from them. They had sent me an e-mail with this exact verbage "We guarantee this is a current address for the same person you want to find. If your results don't include ******'s current address we'll refund the full price of only $19.95 - Guaranteed."

When I received the results there were two previous addresses and one of a completely different person with a similar name. I informed them of this and their reply was "To obtain a refund, you must fax us an envelope that you mailed to the person at EACH address we provided and that was returned as undeliverable. Fax envelope to 202-686-2381 within 30 days of the date we sent your results to you." Which is so obviously impossible due to the fact that they provide addresses for persons whom they know are not the same, but have the same or similar name. These people aren't going to return the envelope that has their name on it.

They also stated "Please note that the above Refund Requirements were disclosed by us and accepted by you BEFORE you placed your order (acceptance onfile). We're sorry, but no refunds can be issued until all of the required envelopes have been faxed to us." Which is absolutely untrue. If these policies were disclosed I never would have agreed to the terms. I then went back to the website to try and find the policy and or disclosure and there isn't one available.

I think this company has been ripping people off for quite some time, they are very good at being evasive and you can never directly comunicate with anyone.
