Reunitetonight.com bills visa's 2,3,4x- with only an E-runaround to answer for themselves. Ripoff! Internet

Reunitetonight.com charged me for the initial search, which gave me old addresses that didn't even match the city to the zip code. When I tried to give a refund they wanted me to fax the envelopes that were supposed to be returned (I wrote "return service requested" on the envelopes. But I still have not recieved them back (maybe because the cities don't match the zip codes.

I try calling the number they have posted on their site, but there's only an automated apology for no one being available to answer my call. I get no response from faxing my complaint to their fax number. and the only response I get from clicking the "contact us" icon is a game of tag, runaround via email.

But the worst of it all, is the reminder letters they started sending me 3 months later that they are billing me for a search they say I requested Jan. 7th, 2004....My only search was requested 8/29/03. And when I tried to contact them about this I got the same runaround. And the bank says, "If you authorized the 1st transaction, it authorizes them all...sorry".

So, now $60.00 dollars into me, I had to go through the hassle of canceling that card and all related accounts. Time and money....and it seems neither one can be replaced as far and Reunitetonight.com go.
