I opened a Revolution Money exchange account - I went through several hassles of them having to call me and then my having to confirm bank account.
I went through all of this only to learn that they "took back" the $25 through a discourteous operator who worked there. It doesn't make sense to disrespect the customer by aggravating them and taking money back that is rightfully theirs; I don't believe that is the way to win favor.
If the $25 is the customer's - why not let them keep the money?
The operator said she would put in a request for them to return the $25 - but I probably will never see that money or hear from Revolution Money Exchange ever again.
Anyone have any suggestions?
