Rhema Investments - David Manning Failure to pay for contracted services San Diego California

You want post this bull on thisboard how DavidManning is a great lender and put up a couple of bogus posts about how he closed loans and you want to defend this con man. You deserve what he gets. You are a low life. I am sitting here about to go into forclosure on my home and my business is about to close and my credit is ruined and Iam out of money and you want to post this stuff.  The feds are coming after you and David and Rhema. Rhema makes its money on fake loans and wired funds to pay for appraisals. You take the money and screw the borrow(me).Thanks buddy for defending this low life who has taken 7 years ofproductive money making years from me.  Thats worth a huge amount of money. I will never stop pursuing Rhema and David. You are not coming in my life and taking all this away from me. He stole thousands of dollars from me and has made me into a very bitter man.  My family is suffering and we are barely getting by.  God help us and I pray no-one gets hurt by David and Rhema again.  

I also have information on the quality of work and work ethics of Mr. David Manning and Rhema Investments, and would love to pass those along to those looking into doing business with Rhema Investments.

I have been an investor of Rhema Investments LLC and David Manning for a number of years now. I have found David to be very reliable and I plan on continuing to do business with David and Rhema Investments LLC.
Commercial lending is especially tough these days but I know for a fact that the company and David do close loans. He even closed one for me and paid off a very bad sub prime loan that had been processed by one of the parties entering these complaints against David and Rhema Investments LLC.
I do not desire to release my personal information on the internet but will personally recommend David and Rhema Investments LLC to anyone who wishes to contact me.

Thank you for your rebuttal; however, since Mr. Manning continues to do business out of The Firm Realty's office, I find it hard to believe that Mr. "Nick," owner of The Firm Realty, doesn't know Mr. Manning has an office in his (rather small) building.

Coupled with that fact that Mr. Manning has been served court papers at that address relatively recently, really doesn't help your case.

You are true for everything about David Manning, and you were quite lenient for that matter. He is a crook, he is scum and deserves to be behind bars or in a mental facility. Now, Nick Ayyoub however, you are FALSE about. I personally know who you are, and I have spoken with you myself several times. You dont know much of Mr. Ayyoub's operation and it shows in your comments and your addition to your first complaint. He is not protecting Mr. Manning what so ever. As of now, he is actually attempting to take the same measures you have, FILE SUIT to redeem lost $$$ based on Mr. Manning's practices. I do not appreciate witnessing someone else being battered for Mr. Mannins behavior or lack there of, and By assuming Mr. Ayyoub has anything to do with Mr. Manning is absurd. Please, before you decide to list someones name into a PUBLIC complaint forum, make sure you have your FACTS in order and know EVERYTHING about what you are claiming. I am first hand witness to all of this and I know Nick Ayyoub was in no way, a part of David Mannings operation. Thank You for your time!

Mr. David Manning was located after almost a year. It turns out that Mr. Nick Ayyoub, of The Firm Realty, which is located at the same address:

Rancho Cucamonga, CA 9173

- has been protecting Mr. Manning during this period of time, and they have a strong business association.

A lawsuit was filed against Mr. Manning in December, and Mr. Manning promised full payment by December 31, 2008. Payment was not received as promised, and the court papers were served on January 5, 2009.

Mr. Nick Ayyoub, of The Firm Realty, was still denying all association or knowledge of the whereabouts of Mr. Manning at the time of the process serve even though Mr. Manning is still working out of that address.

The court date is scheduled for February 4, 2009 at the Rancho Cucamonga Superior Court, Small Claims; although it is doubtful that Mr. Manning will present himself.

Please beware of Mr. David Manning, Rhema Investments, or The Firm Realty.
