Queried internet for Riddex Electronic Pest Controller, clicked on RHS Enterprise, LLC looked like a safe website using words like money back guarantee, secure, and full refund. Finally after over a month of waiting for order, of course credit card was charged the day the order was placed, I received in a used manila envelop 2 cheap, velcro arm belts to electronically exercise my muscles through impulses.

I contacted the phone number I found on the internet for this website and spoke to "John", he stated that his computer had crashed and couldn't check status of order but was sure that I should receive the 2 Riddex Controller in the mail TODAY! Of course they weren't...I tried and tried to call John again, no answer, busy or recording to call back again.

Called the number on my billing statement, Robert Slavinski, 631-275-8477, he answered only one time but told me I needed to call customer service at the other number of 631-369-2672. Guess what, same thing, no answer, busy, call back recording. My credit card company is filing a complaint plus I have also contacted Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware, my pests are laughing uncontrollably because I was had by this company.
