This the response I got when I reqeusted a copy of my employment application and my personality test. I requested because a private investigator found evidence of the personality test being used fraudulently, not for pre-employment screening. Pat sounded like a real idiot when I called her and asked for my files. Even police officers cannot access applications and applicable records without court orders and a legitimate reason for one. However, the applicant has a right to his or her own files.

I have applied at the Rice Palace about three months ago, and filled an application and took a psychological test.
I have called and spoken with Pat in the casino to request a copy of my file.

If you can prove that my personality test was not used for any other reason then pre-employment screening, and absolutely no one else outside the company had access to it, you have no reason to be nervous over my request for a copy my files.
