Richard and Wanda Anderson Brutal Landlords who do not know the landlord tenant act or take action regarding tenant issues Orillia, Ontario

Beware when renting 25 Louise Lane.  They may seem like ideal landlords at first however as time passes, you find out it's quite the opposite.  It's a cute place but do not be fooled. It maybe affordable but not worth the headache.

When we moved in, it was a great place to live until they rented the upstairs of the home out to a trashy couple... not long after that, the lawn was littered in random stuff all over including soiled diapers. I had to call children's aid because the co-tenant constantly told her kids to "shut the f%$# up."  I also had to call the police because the couple were constantly fighting and being abusive towards one another.  And sadly, we also had to contact bylaw because they DO NOT HANDLE ISSUES AT ALL!!!! Then they turn around and make good honest people feel like they're in the wrong for doing the right thing.

 According to them its okay for our co-tenants to constantly crank their stereo, turn off our breakers, disconnect our cable, jump up and down on the floor for fun, play drums and guitar at all hours of the day. 

There were also two situations where the male or female co-tenant approached us in a threatening manner...We spoke to the police... They told us it was Wanda and Richard's responsibility to handle the issues... STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE... we have given our notice and are moving soon... DON'T make the same mistake we did... DON'T RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!
