I had to pay another $224.00 on emergency vet care for the sick turtle Pinellas Park Florida

On January 4th 2018 I paid Anthony Leverock $335.00 for an Albino Red Ear Slider turtle. During purchase he gifted me a normal red Ear slider also. When I received my turtles my albino I had bought was dead and the regular Red Ear was not moving and barley alive. Anthony agreed to "fix this” by either refunding me, or sending me another albino turtle. He then asked me to fill out fed ex insurance claim as if I was him and email it back to him so he can get the insurance money. On January 5th 2018 I had to take my normal Red Ear that was sent to the emergency vet costing me another $224.00 dollars. I took the dead albino to the vet also to verify what ever killed it wasn’t doing the same to the other turtle. The vet is the one who confirmed my Albino was shipped to me dead and that the gifted turtle was seriously ill.

They confirmed that the illness didn’t happen over night, or during a 15 hour shipment. Anthony then got upset with me when he found out what my vet had said and refused to refund me or work with me. I had to file a paypal claim on him and since I paid via credit card through my bank I had to file a dispute with them. On March 26th I won the dispute and got my full refund. Anthony reopened the dispute trying to take my money again and I had to counter him and show 173 documents and proof. On May 29th I then won the dispute again. Since January this man has went on his Facebook page and made multiple post about me, slandering my name and making threats. There’s been reports made on him and he still will not stop! He has went after a couple other people also.

He has made a fake webpage trying to get a person fired from there job and even opened a credit card in this persons name. He has made fake messages where he claims these other people are threatening him with physical harm and turned them in to law enforcement. He has went above and beyond with trying to mess with peoples everyday life’s including mine. He has posted people’s addresses and images of there residents. This has been going on for 6 months now and he won’t stop. I advise people to be really cautious and careful when dealing with this man. I wish I would of researched before I bought a turtle from this guy! He has post and reviews on another site which date back up to 10 years ago where he was ripping off people in the UK for over $6,000 dollars. I would of never went through this person to buy my turtle from if I would of known all this. Please be careful!
