I invested in Richard Myers Real Estate and after a few months he told me that the investment had 'dried up'. All my money was gone! Nothing I could do. I started looking into Richard Myers and found out he is a complete crook:

They have started again

Realty Capital Corp. is now doing business as Realty Capital Management, LLC. Their new project is Lakeside DFW in Flower Mound. Avoid them, these are the same people with a new company name.

I have also had experience with Realty Capital. I invested money and it was lost. I had not thought about suing them until now. Thanks for the suggestion
