Richard Myers defrauded investors out of millions. One investor, a doctor in Ft. Worth sued him and won a judgment of 10 million dollars http://www.openpr.com/news/176676/ Jury-Awards-Jackson-Walker-Client-10-Million-in-Real-Estate-Fraud-Suit.html
However Mr. Myers has not paid one penny. While he lives in a 1.4 million dollar home, he is pleading poverty and claiming he cannot pay the judgment.
Richard Myers has been involved in multiple companies, many of them have been sued as well

I was also defrauded by Richard Myers

Several years ago I invested with Richard Myers also. He was part of a different company then. He took 124,000 dollars from me, then his corporation declared bankruptcy and dissolved. I was unable to recover any of the money.
I strongly urge anyone to NOT invest with or do business with this man.
