Richard W. Fowler is a pervert and dead beat dad. He destroyed his first marriage with adultery and lies. He has masturbated and has inappropriate conduct with multiple women in front of his children. Then to top it all off we refuses to pay child support until he is threatened by the state. He will go months without paying a dime to help feed or clothe his children, then makes one partial payment to get the state off his back. Then goes months again without paying anything. Since when is it only one parent's responsibility to feed and shelter their children? This man lies about where he works, what he does and just about anything else. I have never met anyone in my life who lies every time he opens his mouth. He is very good at it and very believable. He once told me how he was always able to get out of tickets with the police be cause he could make them believe anything he said.

If this character works for them, how is it law enforcement can't locate him with that company's help?
Are there not court orders out for his arrest? If not, why? Certainly all you exes have judgments against him, no? If not, there are missing pieces in this picture.

Richard William Fowler often lies about where he works or works under the table. I need help to find out where he works. He is thousands of dollars in arrears on his support and every month getting more and more behind. He drives white flat bed trucks with the logo of CTI or Cable Tech Industries, Inc on the side of the doors. Some of the trucks have a logo of a cell phone with work boots and the thumbs up sign. The lettering is dark blue or black.
He usually works in the Meridian area, but also works around the state as well. The types of jobs he has been known to do are usually digging in phone, cable or gas lines. If you know where or who he is currently working for please respond to this posting.
