I went to rimtyme to purchase sum wheels & tires for my car they took all my information n bank to pay for the wheels by the month. The wheels only was suppose to be 1600 dollars but whe he set ther n told me the finance charges if i didnt pay it off n ninety days it would b 3600 dollars. The whole group is so unprofessional .

Dear Mr. or Mrs.,

At RimTyme I do my best to explain to customers how our program works. We do not run credit checks or require any banking information. We provide a service to the public that includes payment plans, 90 day cash options, and several more that are geared to the customers financial abilities. Included in all of our plans are lifetime rotation, flat repair, mfg. warranties, etc..

I am sorry that this individual misunderstood our plans and applogize if he did not get the professional service we always try to provide.

I encourage you to revisit our store so we may find a plan that best suits your needs.
