Rimtyme Bought a tire 28's cost 268.00 with knots in the tire. Found out the tire was no good after 2 months. Just want a replacement no refund! Jackson Mississippi

I bought a tire size 295 25z R28 108wxl for 28's. One tire cost $268.00 dollars. Tire bought on March 20th and I found out on 05/27 the tire had knots in it. I went to Rimtyme to request a replacement no money back but the employee in charge because Dave was out laughed in my face. This place is truly a rip off and I would like my tire replaced.

Rimtyme is sorry you are having this issue. Any in-store issues with employees will be addressed by management. Please understand however that the warranty process is managed by the tire manaufacturer, and Rimtyme has no say in the process.
All tires sold by Rimtyme in Jackson, MS come with the factory limited warranty. The tire can be dismounted and sent to the manufacturer for evaluation. The manufacturer will determin if the tire is defective or was damanged while be driven on. Rimtyme states this clearly on our contracts. We can help you with the dismount and contacting the company. If the manufacturor warranties the the tire they will either send you a replacement or pay for your tire.
