I order my flooring from their website and never received delivery. I contacted them several times by email and by phone and was only given responses of they would find out where the order is and get back to me. Of course they did get back. I contacted the FBI Internet Fraud Division and was handed over to a local consumer complaint agency who made several calls and received a promise of a check would be sent to me. Never happened and the agency said "they would put a letter in a file on this company". I live in Florida and they are in Illinois! Not much help! I contacted the office of Lisa Madigan, Attorney General State Of Illinois and received notice that they were unable to obtain a response from them and recommended my hiring an attorney or Small Claims Court. Filing Fees are more than my claim, so again, NO Help from agencies that are receiving our tax dollars to help us! Do not do business with this company!
