Risk Management Partners Ltd aka Miracle Management Group ripoff debt settlement Carson City, Nevada Scottsdale, Arizona, Irving, Texas Nationwide

This company claims to be a legit debt settlement business, but they are a sham. I enrolled in the RMP/MMG program around August of 2004. At the time, they had a Carson City, NV business address and were operating out of Scottsdale, AZ. The owners are Hyla Stanton and Christopher Stanton.

Including their $299 set-up fee, and recurring $370 monthly automatic withdrawals, they have taken $5,849 from me.

None of my accounts were settled, and I was getting into bigger credit trouble, so I cancelled the program. They stopped the monthly automatic withdrawals and confirmed my cancellation by acknowledging, via email, the receipt of a "Cancellation Letter" (that they had me sign and fax over) on January 4, 2006. I emailed them multiple times and was always told that they were working on it and I would have my refund as soon as possible. However, to this day, I have not received any of my money back from them.

I've filed complaints with the FTC, Minneapolis Division FBI, MN Attorney General, AZ Attorney General, TX Attorney General, and the AZ Department of Financial Institutions. In addition, I have also contacted many news outlets. So far, nobody except the internet community seems to be taking this problem seriously.

Please, help all of us recover our money and put these white-collar criminals behind bars! They owe their ex-clients over $300,000. They took advantage of people that were desperate for help.
