Risk Reactor Did not send complete order, Would not answer questions re order received, to this day I have not gotten either a straight answer or the complete order. Huntington Beach, California

I paid $77 for this product (Star Maker mural complete kit, plus one ounce of Star Paint Vega Invisible Starlight Blue Glow in the Dark Paint as a house warming gift for friends.

A free container of "NEBULA-BOOSTER powder" was supposed to be included with the purchase of the complete kit as well.

I received the package in time for the party, but rather than including the additional ounce of Glow in the dark paint an additional container of the paint that is included in the kit was in the box. Also there was no nebula booster powder.

I emailed the gentleman (Walter Carter) to inquire about this (asking my friends to hold off on painting their ceiling until the full order arrived) and ended up going through a series of emails and responses that never ONCE answered my original question nor resulted in my receiving the missing items.

Each email sent was met with a non-answer from Mr. Carter and when i became frustrated and asked him to please take the time to address my questions he stopped all communications and declined to complete the order.

At this point, I am out $77 and my friends are unable to use the gift I got them, over a month ago. I am also filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
