I receive a Personal & Confidential billing from RJM Acquisitions Funding LLC giving me Three Opportunities to pay this off stating that RJM has purchased the account from Fingerhut. I know that I have Paid all my debts to everyone. Do I Truly feel this is a SCAM to collect from people who want to keep there credit clean if i had such a debt why wait 10yrs to try and collect it......

Derogatory items fall off your credit report after 7 years from the last transaction but if the debt it valid, the creditor may still pursue collection. If you pay the debt, the information will appear on your credit report for 7 years from the payment date.
