RJM Acquisitions Funding LLC. Ripoff collection agency Syosset New York

This collection agency is sending collection letters for a debt that doesn't exsist, and sending them to a name that isn't mine, and to an address where I've never resided. How can these Agencies be held accountable for the harm they cause people? and shouldn't they be made to make sure what there trying to collect on is'nt valid first? I feel there should be someone looking out for the little person instead of the big corporations all the time, This is why the country is in debt so bad because of Credit card companies, and Collection agencies, lets ban together and fight these bad people.
