I Realty Connect and RLD Financial are running a very complex scam on Timeshare owners. They cold call owners saying they have a buyer, offer more than the timershare is worth, and ask for upfront "fees" so you can get the money out of the escrow account.

Neither company physically exists. RLD Financial claims to operate out of the TransOK building, 2 W 6th St #110 Tulsa, OK 74119. The entire building is vacant and is specifically being used for storage, RLD has never held an office at this location as confirmed by the property management company.

I Realty Connect resides at an address that does not exist. If the address 125 East 16th St, Austin, TX 78701 were to exist, it would be on the lot currently occupied by the Robert E. Johnson State Office Building.

These companies are running an intricate scam. Do not do business with these companies.
