Roadloans.com aka Santander Consumer USA claims to be a car loan provider, but in reality this company whose real business name is SANTANDER CONSUMER USA is using a part of its business under the name of ROADLOANS to interfer, prey on people personal information on behalf of ripoff car dealers.

What this company does when it seperated its business in two: Santender Consumer USA and Roadloans,  it's to make money on people who have bad credit and deperate to buy a car.  Once you sign up with Roadloans, you will receive a "LOAN APPROVAL". THE LOAN IS FAKE!  But the loan will detail you how to proceed to get your car.

Then you follow up with what it says, but next there comes the pain:  DEALERS will get ALL your personal information, such as running your credit, then they will tell you they want to give you better offer then Roadloans, and if you refuse their offer then they will tell you they do not do business with Roadlaons.

Roadloans it's a referral for dealers that HELP bring people to the car dealers  and get paid from the dealers for every customer the dealers feel deem satisfy if the customer pay BIG DOWN PAYMENT on a car.

Most dealer with intergrety do not do business with Roadloans because they said it is not real, and it has been proven to me.

I got that " YOU'RE APPROVED!" from Roadloans, but insteand of getting a car, I ended facing privacy intruders, loosing energy looking for dealers that Roadloans told me that take it, and also face with discrimination by DEALERS that work with ROADLOANS such as CARMAX.

At Carmax, it was a different story, because Carmax is doing close business with Roadlaons, but CARMAX has DISCRIMINATED against me because of public assistant source of income for ROADLOANS when I got in two of the CARMAX store.

Carmax working for Roadloans company and they did not like what they see about me, such as credit score, my source of income and therefore they were looking for excuses to denie me EQUAL LENDING RIGHT.

First, the first store I went said it could not proceed the ROADLOANS LOAN voucher, because I am on Public SSA SSI payment, but my co-pay was ok...

At the second store I went after explained what happened to me from previous store, now they said my payment was ok, but my co-pay person has not been on the job for six month and they could not give me a car.

But, however, the worst part of this report, not only ROADLOANS FAKE LOAN, but the MOST PART is use FRADULENTLY of my PERSONAL INFORMATION by many dealers because of Roadloans SCAM LOAN APPROVAL in believe that I was gotta get a car with a loan approval, when instead I ended up had my personal information everywhere mi-used.

Roadloans Not a scam

AUTHOR: Saintsfan2014 - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, March 25, 2014

I just bought a car friday at Carmax in GA with no problem w/ roadloans. As a matter of fact it was the easiest car I ever bought. You know your down payment up front and your car note and interest rate. It was a no brainer process. My sister went 2 days after me and got a new car using roadloans at Carmax 2 days after me because her car was unexpectantly totalled and had no problems either. One suggestion is that I would def only use Roadloans at Carmax, because apparently Roadloans charges a fee of some sort at other dealerships and the dealer wants you to pay that fee. I decided it was too much hassle and due to Carmax having a large inventory and also doing free transfers from any Carmax w/i a 250 radius I should be able to find something, which I did. I think they are worth a try if you have less than perfect credit and want an easy, up front process.

good loan

AUTHOR: edk - ()

i applied for an auto loanwith Roadloan.com,  I got approved for 47,000 dollars ans went to Munday Chevy In Houston wanting to roll in  my upside down loan on a bad car from Nexcar.  Mundaysalesman said it was a fake and tried to convince me to buy a new 62000 dollar suburban to make the deal.  My wife and I got down the freeway and decided to turn around and go to carman, we had aused car in mind from the very beginning.  Took the road loans preapproval into the car max and apparently they are a partner company with carmax!

found the car we wanted with everything we werelooking for,  the car was one or two years newer with half the miles of my used choices at ther dealerships.  the preapproved loan was easy took it to my car max sales consultant.  Long story short, I walked out with a 40000 dollar yukon XL which was 20000 cheaper than the new ones with only 13k mile on it with full factory warranty also wrapping up my upside down loan on the previous car.

Roaloans.com is legit, other dealers just don't want to do business with them due to the fees, however Carmax is an preferred client with road loans so no problem at all.  got the new car, rolled in negative equity, and applied for a part time job due to the ease of business with carmax.  it is allgood, if you have had some unfortunate credit issues and know upfront that you will have a subprime loan, roadloans.com is easy and great and carmax has thousands of wonderful preowned high end preowned cars to choose from.

What an entitlement attitude

AUTHOR: Robert - ()

POSTED: Thursday, August 29, 2013

You are right they are a "Sub-Prime" lender who is pretty much the last resort for people who can not get regular financing.  So for you not to be able to secure a loan should really have you thinking about that and what you can do to improve it rather than trying to blame them.

Your "Equal Lending Right" that you seem to be under the impression you are entitled to does not extend to your credit score or income.   So guess what you have no right to walk in with a crappy credit score, a downpayment you think is appropriate, and an income you think is apporpriate and walk out of there with any car you want.  Real life does not work that way.

You were in fact approved for a loan, you just didn't like the conditions.  They have every right to protect their interest and if that requires someone with better credit than you that is willing to guarantee your loan..they have every right to do that.  Oh and if you find a co-signer who is stupid enough to co-sign for you consider yourself very lucky, because if you fail on your obligation..they have to make your payments or they will damage their credit.

No problems for me!

AUTHOR: NewYorker - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, August 28, 2013

I am on my second loan with RoadLoans and I never encountered any problems. My first loan was back kn 2007, and I just got my second loan a couple of weeks ago. Perhaps you didn't have sufficient income for a loan, after everything was verified.
