This gentleman wanted to open a business and was going to need to accept credit cards. I refered him to a compney that provided this service. I explained to him what he would need to get the business loan he was seeking and he never came through with the requirements. He came to me wanting to open a business with no capital to invest in the business. You have to skin in the game to get anyone else to pur up capital.
