We met with Rob prior to reading his many reports online for his bad business practices. He contacted us through a investment website that we posted on looking for hard money investors to open a restaurant in Asheville, NC.

We had a good feeling from Rob after our meeting with him at our new business establishment, where he told us that this was an easy deal to work up and that he has many investors that would be interested... In his words, He would have us a check in 10 days.

He offered us many of his other services including his non-licensed legal services concerning a law suit we have pending against an old business associate. He said he could do it for a small fee and travel money so he could do a surprise visit to the home of the party we are suing and use "strong arm" tactics to get a settlement.

We gave him a check for $500 to do a business evaluation for us so we would find the best investors for our business.

Upon one of the first phone calls after our meeting, we were told that our business plan was beautiful and had no holes in it and he had 25 investors interested in our business. After my phone call with him today 7/31/2008
He told me that our business plan was unfavorable because of the economy and that non of his investors want to touch it.

His communication was poor and he became very rude in emails after we made numerous phone calls to his office looking for him. He seems to be a scam artist from what we have been reading on this site and others and has his business registered to his wife Stephanie... probably again, to cover his butt.

We let him know that we read his reports and didn't expect to hear back from him again and he wished us well. He got $500 dollars out of us, but had the potential to make a lot more... its a shame.

I'm sure he will respond to this report as he has done with others and defend himself and skirt around the issues... I wish you well Rob

Robert has been an absolute blessing to deal with!

AUTHOR: John - ()

POSTED: Thursday, July 17, 2014

Robert has been an absolute blessing to deal with! By far, he's one of the most helpful business people we've ever dealt with. Not only did he help us get a higher return on our money, but he also demonstrated a lot of skill in completing deals. He definitely is well informed and truly wants us to succeed. Without question, he's who we trust. Thanks again!

Rob has funded many deals!

AUTHOR: Tonie - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, July 16, 2014

Robert was a hired consultant on a significant global finance and operational transformation initiative. He is a strategic thinker with the unique ability to not just create a strategic vision, but to mobilize and operationalize it as well. He has a deep expertise in the Capital Funding space including finance and operational processes. He was a pleasure to deal with as a consultant - demanding but fair, incredibly hard working and always informative

Robert Ritch is a great guy

AUTHOR: Nadine - ()

I have worked with Robert on a number of occasions in the past 3 years, both negotiating with companies in which he had an interest and having him work with me and my colleagues to raise funds for other companies.

Robert is commercially, financially and technically savvy and very quick to spot opportunities and identify and solve problems.

Personally he is straight forward; he does what he says he is going to and provides straight answers. I would have no hesitation in working with him again

No good deed goes unpunished!

I did the best I could with the situation. We can go back and forth about the facts but if I do not close loans I do not get paid. I did charge her a due diligence fee of $500 but by the time I pay for the personal and business credit report as well as travel to meet the client the fee is gone. I have started my own consulting firm and would offer you a free consultation so you can deciede for yourself what I am all about. Visit my website at http://robertritch.webs.com .

Nice Try Rob, but here are the FACTS

AUTHOR: Dawne - (U.S.A.)

As represented I have equity in my NC home as told to Rob with 1 mortgage on this property. I own a home in Florida as well with the other mortgages he mentions. I still own this home and can return to Florida at any given time.

As to the sale of a previous business. The sale was financed with SBA financing and private financing. The SBA financing approval is a very grueling and thurough process (anyone who has ever attempted this knows what I am saying) and therefore the chances of commiting fraud or shady dealings with SBA are slim and none. The company I sold is still up and running under the new ownership, although not as successfully as under my management. Once again Mr. Rich has commited slander both with his statements and with his ommissions.

The business I contacted Mr. Rich for help financing is up and running without having received an ounce of assistance from him and if anyone reading this notice ever gets to the Asheville area please look up Mother & Son Bistro & Bakery, come on in and share your Rob Rich horror story and get a free dessert with your meal.

As to my credit worthiness or my credit standing- I believe that Mr. Rich violates many legal boundries disclosing any information either factual (and with him that never happens) or not.

Bad business woman!

AUTHOR: Robert Ritch - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 16, 2008

She presents to me that she has over $300,000 in equity in her home but fails to mention that she has three mortgages already and that her credit is terrible. Based on the original information I truely thought I could assist her but when I preformed due diligence which is what the $500 business evaluation is for I found a lot of lies in her story.

She had also asked if I could help her collect money that was owed to her from the sale of a business that she owner financed. Upon investigating the facts I found that she left FL under questionable circumstances involving this business.

The reason we charge a fee for due diligence is to detect just this sort of fraud. Consumers should be thankful for this because if we did bad loans the fees would go up and we would be bankrupt like the large mortgage firms.
