these guys claim to be neutral 3rd party receivers who are protecting the receivership assets.  the truth is that they are serving nobody's interest but their own.  they claim to work for the court, but they are nothing but stooges for the government agency that requests their service.  go to receiverfraud.com and you will see one of many cases where they have placed their own interest ahead of the interest of the court or the receivership assets.

if you have the unfortunate opportunity to speak with their lead council, Gary Owen Caris, make sure you record that conversation.  never in my life have i heard a more vile, pompous, self interested a*s-hole.  he will lie through his teeth if it means more money for himself, Robb Evans, or the government agency that pulls all of their strings.

it makes me sick to think that i live in a country that allows this kind of blatant fraud and mismanagement in the name of "justice".  i don't have the power to take these crooks down but i believe in karma, and fate is generally unkind to this kind of filth.
