I will make this short and sweet. I told a friend of mine to hire Robert to defend her in a personal injury suit. My friends daughter had head trauma in a auto accident. Luckily for the family she did not die. To make a long story short Robert received more money than the victim. About a month after the suit was settled. The victim received a bill from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas for approximately 5K. She was told by Robert it was her responsibility to pay. She is devastated and feels betrayed. She at least thought the party who hit her daughter head on would have to pay the medical bills but he explained that this is not the case. Robert not only got a third of the medical bills he got a third of the whole settlement. He is a very deceiving individual and should not be trusted. I hope someone reading this at least get protection from him. Lets hope this review gets posted quickly.
