This company is illegally withholding {not paying me} hrs owed to me, approx 40 hrs. I talked to management on phone on 3-13-2019 and the person said they saw 40 hrs submitted to there payroll dept {electronic punch in/out system} and I went to my bank 2 days later on the agreeed and normal 2 week pay ending cycle,, and they DID NOT direct deposit hrs owed to me.
They did not contact me in any way as to why. They have left me no choice but to contact dept of labor/hr + wage division in the state Im in to try to retrieve my pay owed to me. I will never work for them again,nor purchase products or services from them,,they have a very high employee turnover,,and now I understand why. I highly recommend NOT doing business of ANY type with them.

Since posting this report, robertson heating has fully explained what had happened within there hr+ payroll dept, and the issue is closed at this point. I dont wish any harm in any way to anybody in there company and this was a miscommunication issue, nothing more.
The people that work there are fine people, and its unfortunate that there was a misunderstanding about there payroll process.
