Robinius, Harper & Wietzel, LLP. is an incompetent firm and extremely unprofessional! Not only did they mishandle our cases, but they provided excuse after excuse as to why several crucial mistakes were made. In one instance, they appeared in court on our behalf and entered into a binding plea without our consent. Furthermore, this plea was initiated on a matter we specifically told them not to! On another matter, they made appearance on our behalf, entered in a plea arrangement, and then completely failed to notify us. Due to their complete incompetence, we were hit with easily avoidable convictions and then forced to pay another lawyer to fix the damage they caused. When questioned about what happened, they used an 'computer crash' as the weak excuse as to why they failed to do the job they were paid to do?!?

Based on our experience with their firm, Matthew Espinosa is low-level, under-educated, third rate lawyer, whose lack of intelligence makes him better-suited to be a french fry cook at McDonald's. Even more, Glen Wietzel aka Glen Weasel is also a third-rate lawyer, who will lie and do whatever else is necessary to trick you out of your money. While he will promise you the world, he never delivered on any of the empty promises he made to us.

Moreover, after he and his associates mishandle your legal matters, he will lie, make countless excuses and do any and everything to 'weasel' his way out of accepting responsibility for obvious mistakes. Lastly, Mark R. Robinius is also a low-level, fourth-rate attorney, who has watched too many lawyer shows, and is infatuated with notion of one-day being a high-profile power broker despite his enormous lack of credentials and obvious incompetence. Based on direct experience, these lawyers are all losers and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, as nobody deserves to suffer as a result of the great incompetence of their low-level attorneys, who lack the knowledge, experience and integrity to back up all of their 'big talk' and empty promises. For your own sake, stay far away from Robinius, Harper & Wietzel, LLP!!!
