May Company Robinsons May are Practicing Bad Faith Business Practices and soon the Law will make them pay! evil people.

My son who was 21-years-old at the time got a credit card with May Company Robinsons. When asked if he wanted to allow anyone to use it, he told them me. On all the receipts it shows his name only. The account was in his name only. It was NEVER a joint account, nor did I co-sign for it.

When Michael decided to close out the account and not pay them off, I asked to open one. They told me no. I asked if the account could be joint, they said no. However, they called my neighbors, telling them that I was a bad debtor and that I owed them money.

They called us all night long in the middle of the night. I had to file a police report with the Devonshire Police Department against them for calling at all hours. They went one illegal step farther though, they would call and refuse to release my line. I had sick twins at home at the time and they would not release my phone line so I could call the pediatrian. I had to have Verizon block all their numbers which were numerous and go after them for harrassment.

The last and final kicker is when I got a negative credit report because they filed with all the agencies that I owed them the money. So I am suing them for $5 million dollars and using the case of "trw v. stevenson" in which trw did not check out the case of stevenson and he was awarded $2 million .

Now this was malicious abuse of power. I don't own a card by them, and they deliberatly set out to ruin me. They gave the credit reporting agencies fraudulent information. When I go into court I will bring the police report, the Verizon report to show how many times and when they called me, and the receipts on the account showing that only my sons name is on them.

I will prove without a doubt that I was innocent and they set out to destroy me. I am asking the State Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Communications Commission to file criminal charges against them for fraud and to shut them down and not allowed to reopen under any fictious business name.

These are evil people. To think that these unethical people have thousands of people's social security numbers...I wonder what they are doing to you?
