This poor person on disabilty trusted the wrong person. Further, it is detestable that a church would trash this poor person on disability so that the " collect 10% so you are not cursed" excuse could be made. Next thing you know, they will be blaming God for putting this situation before them.

 Matthew 7:15-16   Grow up act like a servant of God or let your fruit be made known. By the way, the person on disability should request a copy of the church's books. Make sure you know where that 10% is going.

The complaintant approached me and asked for my help to be her payee in September of 2014 and I agreed.  However it was not until December 2014 that any money was received because her previous payee was in the process of closing out her previous payee account.  During our first payee meeting to pay her bills, together, we paid ALL of her bills including medications.  In addition, a 10% tithe to a church was something the complaintant wanted to do.  All transactions that we did together were in check format so there is a record of everything we did.

I am sorry this arrangement didn't work out and I hope the complaintant has found a payee arrangement that works better for her. Love, Rocio

I have known Rocio for over nine years she is like a sister to me. She has always been a person that is very giving she will give you the shirt off her back. She is a person that is always willing to give you money lend you money or help you out with groceries she always did that for me this person that is making the allegations against Rocio is a mean nasty person Who is only wanting to get something out of nothing.

I spent a lot of time with Rocio and her family and I never once saw Rocio to be mean or nasty or selfish she is always been giving and caring and loving. I really get tired of people taking advantage of Rocio because she is such a caring giving person. This person I don't know who they are but they are wrong and they should be ashamed of their selves.

I hope this information is removed from the Internet as well as rip off. Because the allegations are false they're incorrect!!! it's people like this that ruin it for the rest of us when we do need someone to help us out. It's people like this that make it hard to want to help anybody!
