Rodney Roldan Skipped town and didn't pay bills Manhatan New York

Rodney Roldan was my roommate for almost a year. He repeatedly threw words of guilt my way about being late with bills and payments, citing he has to pay child support. As an actor and a member of the screen actors guild, he always claimed he was bringing in a cash flow of nearly six thousand dollars.

Over the course of the first few months he was late on bill payments, and during a short trip to NY to visit my family I came back to the surprise of miscellaneous charges on our cable bill. TimeWarner Cable determined it was from ordering adult movies which he continues to deny.

He opened my mail several times, including depositing one of my checks.

Towards the end of our lease, he failed to pay rent claiming his bank closed his account. He made more excuses and proceed to promise me to pay his debt back. He took off for New York and is avoid my phone calls, e-mails and other attempts to contact him.

He now owes me in excess of $1,900 and owes the cable company close to $400! There are still phone calls coming in of companies claiming he owes them money too. Among them are Rent-a-center.
