Roger Henson Trucking LLC Roger Henson only care about himself and his company Bolivar, Tennessee

When i came to Trucking company called Roger Henson Trucking i thought it would be the same as most of the trucking companies in America ! Boy was i wrong big time ! In the 5 1/2 years while working for them and thinking i was doing a Job well done they were taking money from me and other drivers too ! We were told by Roger Henson using the qalcomm. This is a system used by most trucking companies. And i quote " Any driver late on any loads will be charged 250.00 for being late no exceptions " i delivered a load just south of  Birmingham, Al They dead headed me to Bolivar, Tn to do a drop and hook and now this load was going to Toledo, Oh for the next morning. I made it as far as  as Beaverdam, Ohio when i was pulled over by OH DOT. My logs were checked by the officer and he found that i was about 5 mins over the hours of service. i was then told i was being put out of service for a total of 12 hours. i messaged dispatch to let them know what i wasn't going to be able to make that delivery for them and why i wasn't going to be able to make it. the next week i look in my check and see that they have taken a total of 259.00 out of my check and then re wrote a new check for the 250.00 Let me say this and truth be told i have never been late on delivering a load for Roger Henson unless i was pulled over by the police and they looked at my logs. The only thing Henson cares about is himself and how much money he can make or steel from the drivers and the companies he pulls loads for. While working for Roger Henson Trucking i never had my Haz-mat endorsement and never plan on getting it. While not having my Haz-mat i was given a load with 3 stops on it 1st in Nebraska 2nd in Minnesota and the final being in Wisconsin. Never knowing this load was haz-mat once i made it to the final stop i looked at the paper work that was giving back to me by the 2nd stop and it had an X in the haz-mat section. This is breaking the law and he knows it. It's putting everyone who is on the highways at risk of being hurt or even killed. He just doesn't care for anyone or anything just himself ! For many years before learning this these are load being delivered and the drivers (most of them) do not have Haz-mat on there license.  After working as a slave for the Henson family i left. I use to love driving a truck ! No more do i care to ever be in a truck or even look at a truck ! The sad thing is they killed the passion i once had for driving ! After leaving Henson and not being able to find another job i did what i thought i would never do and i went back to driving a truck for a different company. I lasted 3 day and left because if i had stayed in that truck any longer i know it would of killed me And i just couldn't let that happen. i have a lot to live for my family and my kids mean the world to me more then any amount of money ! Let me say this if you are thinking of working for this company DON'T ! They should be put out of business ! Please don't make the same mistake i made ! Not mention how ashamed i am to even put down there name on a application ! Singed One True American left !
