I found ROGERS, STONE, DAVIS FINANCIAL, LLC on BACKPAGE.COM.  They claim to sell credit card packages (as well as trade lines and other credit services).  I ordered (4) 600k credit card packages back on March 15, 2013.  They guaranteed I would have my packages within 15 days.  After the 15 days were up, I tried contacting them on their phone lines, as well as email and was not hearing from them.  2 weeks pass and I receive an email from John or Randy stating that my packages were put on re-order on April 13th since their software system communications between them and the banks was down.  I was told I would receive another email as soon as my packages were shipped.  I still have not received any email since and it is has been more than 15 days yet again since April 13.  I paid $1500.00 as a "deposit".  If you call their main number and enter any of the extensions, the phones never get answered and only go to voicemail.  I never hear back from them when a voicemail is left.  They also never respond back to emails.  Their website and emails are below
