I made an order to rollies.com and they have not shipped or packaged my product so i emailed them to make a complaint and the email was returned undeilvered so i keep calling them and they will not answer or return my call to refund my money....my 7 days is up to and i have been trying to get a refund or get in contact with them and the have not answered

Hello

I was in contact with this customer and sent out the order and it arrived soon after, so the order was completed back then. I had hoped they would update they received it soon after we spoke and all is well but they have not. Rest assured this order was completed not long after this post.
